What We Collect

• What you give us: When you fill out a form, use chat, or call, you may provide your name, phone number, email, trip details (dates, locations, group size), and anything else you choose to add.
• Collected automatically: Like most sites, we and our tools (which may include Google and Microsoft Clarity) collect your IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and site activity through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use and Share It

The whole point of the Site is to pass your request along so you can get a quote. When you submit a form, chat, or call, your information is shared with a national booking platform and/or independent transportation providers so they can contact you about your trip. We also share information with the vendors that run the Site (hosting, analytics, chat, advertising), and when required by law. We may be paid when you submit a request or book. Under California and some other state laws, this counts as "selling" or "sharing" your information, and you can tell us to stop (see "Your Choices").

Being Contacted

By giving us your information, you agree that we, the national booking platform, and the providers your request goes to may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request and transportation services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.

Your Choices (California and Other States)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to ask us what information we have about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. To make any of these requests, or to tell us to stop passing your information along, call 877-563-2133 or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer. We will not treat you differently for asking. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• We are not responsible for the transportation, the vehicles, the drivers, the providers, or the national booking platform, or for anything that happens on or in connection with a trip.
• We do not verify, vet, insure, or license any provider or driver, and we make no guarantees about availability, pricing, vehicles, amenities, photos, or that any request results in a booking.
• We are not responsible for other companies' websites, tools, or privacy practices, including those of the national booking platform and the providers. Once your information reaches them, their policies apply, not ours.
• The Site and everything on it are provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; you use the Site and provide information at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to the fullest extent the law permits.
